What is the best webspace provider for premium domain?

I decided to buy a premium .com domain because those free sub-domains look unprofessional. But I will buy my domain from local domain provider. I still need webspace. Please suggest me a GOOD free webspace provider that will go good with premium domain name. It should accept all file formats.

and theres one more question (optional)
If I buy a domain with space, and if I buy a domain and get free webspace (the one i’m doing right now ), is it differ ranking in search engines? I mean if I buy domain with premium space, will it do good in SEO and If I buy just domain and use free webspace will it go bad in SEO?
