You might want to read more about the Anticybersquatting Consumer Act to get a better understanding. On a more positive note, not all corporations win in getting back their domain name. But my gut tells me you would probably lose with this particular domain name. Simply by using the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP), it would only cost Google a few thousand U.S. dollars to resolve this issue. And that is pocket change to them. How much are you willing to lose? There are many domain name auctions sites out there. Sedo.com is a popular one. Afternic.com is another auction site.
