godaddy premium domains ?

lets say its costs £200, is that yearly or a one of payment, and then you will have to pay the usual cost ?

You’ll have to check with godaddy as to what they are actually selling you for 200 quid. You cannot buy a domain name outright, i think the maximum you can pay for is 9 years, but i doubt if you’d get a 9 year domain for 200 quid. It’s probably 1 year then you’d need to renew.
