Some help with freewebs?

I have currently signed up to freewebs but I don’t want to pay the $13 for premium so I can use my own domain name.
Is there any way I can transfer this site to a free web hosting site?
People were complaining about the yourname.freewebs.com sub domains and so freewebs introduced the $13 fee for registering a full domain yourname.com
If you don’t wish to pay this small amount, I don’t know what to suggest as there is no free full domain service.
When you become an adult, you will begin realizing how services actually cost money to set up and maintain and have to be paid for somehow. You don’t pay a gate fee to get into your school but it is not free. It is adult Americans (taxpayers) paying for your education. Nothing is truly free.
