Coming on board in 2001, Tim has managed the daily operations from the "wild west" years of selling online to the full throttle ecommerce world we enjoy today. He is also our webmaster and directs the marketing efforts.

She's been slinging gear for well over a decade, and brought her skills to The Zoo in 2009. You'll catch Jess playing drums and guitar in various rock and metal bands in New York. Her favorite players include Ritchie Blackmore and Tony Iommi. It's also possible she is the secret love child of Nikki Sixx and Lita Ford.

Rose was born in Queens, NY and studied music at Hunter College in the city. She grew up listening to bands such as Pearl Jam, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana and Sleater-Kinney. She plays lead guitar in a '90s riot grrrl cover band, as well as plays guitar and fronts hard rock / metal band DRELLA.

A CT native who spent his formative years in the Greater Boston area, Peter has been a musician from a young age. He studied Music Business at UMass Lowell, where he also developed his gear nerd tendencies. He was the head of, and instrumental in the development of Manchester Music Mill's internet sales department before moving bravely to the rival city of NY to be with us.

Adam has been playing guitar and bass for 14 years and has been modding and tinkering with gear for nearly as long. He was trained in guitar repair at the Eastern School of Fretted Instrument Repair and when not playing out or setting up instruments, he can be found circuit bending old tape reel to reel machines.

Formerly an employee of Crossroads Music, Rick has made the move west to join The Music Zoo team. Primarily a drummer, he also plays guitar and enjoys fixing and modifying the guitars in his collection. Musical influences include Jethro Tull, The Flaming Lips and Pink Floyd.

Bobby is a songwriter and bassist, who has performed in a number of Top 40 cover bands since 1977 and lived through the heyday of the rock scene in New York City. He worked for Music Services in Wantagh, NY with legendary proprietor Gary Blankenburg, and presently consults on vintage and used gear for The Music Zoo.
