Are all the high valued .com domains already taken or are there more still out there?

I was just reading these two lists of big money domain name sales and it got me thinking, are all the high value .com’s all gone now or not.
I’m sure all the one word .com domains from the English dictionary are gone but do you think there’s still some high valued two word domains to find? (I think these are called premium domains)

The only actual list is contained on DNS servers, and it would take you forever to read one if you could get it. You’ll basically have to try the ones you think of and see if they’re taken.

Questions about transferring my websites & domains to a new web host please?

I’ve had several domains and websites at a particular host for many years. Unfortunately, they charge premium fees and I’m looking for a cheaper option. There are other hosts offering the same services at cheaper rates. I can save all my current web directories locally and upload them to a new host but I am concerned about any down time needed to transfer registered domains, many email accounts, Apache based applications, PHP, MySQL databases, etc. What will the problems be?

Will my websites be unavailable for very long during the transfer to another host?

Will my SEO ratings decline if Google and other bots cannot find my sites during the down time?

What about my transferring my dedicated IP address and SSL certificate?

What kind of difficulties can I expect?

Is it worth the transfer in order to save money?

You will lose the dedicated IP address but you can keep the SSL certificate as long as the domain is the same you can move them over. You’ll need to have the private key and ssl hash files.

You will not have any downtime if the moving is done right.

I switched hosts to www.zigzag-hosting.com and they transfered my site for free and I had no down time at all.

Why yahoo domains name servers are not updated even after 2 days?

Hi,
Before i used to use free hosting. Now i signed up for premium but i change name servers. It redirects me to old host.
Please tell me if anyone else experienced this? Is this old hosting problem?
