How do I find moderators for my site?

I made a new gaming community site. It’s not done yet but I was hoping that there would be someone who would like to help me moderate it once it takes off the ground.

Im still working on and I havent needed any premium features yet, so I havent bought a domain name. Once it’s completed and submitted to google I will use a real domain name.

Well, if you are making a forum, than better not make it in Webs.com

Their are many better forum softwares like IPB, vB etc etc they are really good for forum management.
