how can i do a website like quibids.com for free with my own domain?

you know on the places where you can create a website you have to buy a premium account to have you own domain(.com)instead of(.something) and i want to know how to for free FREE, like quibids you know quibids.com or a other thing i don’t care but free with your own domain

Well domain names are not free, and no one would do business with you if you do not have one. So if this is something you are interested just get the domain name at http://www.newinternetdomains.com otherwise you got nothing.
