Unfortunately, Yahoo! was not able to complete your order and provide you this
service because we could not authenticate or verify your credit card or other

Please do not respond to this email, as this is simply a notification.

That happens sometimes with some companies. If you paid via paypal with e-check, some companies wouldn’t take it. Because they only take verified address and credit card on your paypal only.

First, make sure that email is really from yahoo, then login into your paypal account and see if the money has been withdraw or go thru or not.

If it has NOT, then try again with a verified credit card.

If it has, then contact yahoo and and ask them why.

Usually, if they deny your payment but the fund has already went thru via paypal. The company usually refund you within 30 days, otherwise file a claim with paypal and make sure you saved the email from yahoo as prove.
