Help Domain name point to another address?

I have bought a wix premium website and It asks me to point another IP of 216.139.213.144.
I have registered my domain from manashosting.com
So can any one help me with it.
I have also tried to change the A records but nothing happens.

Check to see what IPs are listed as the "DNS" servers at the registrar first. If those aren’t correct you need to make the change there first. If those are the correct nameservers then you would change the "A" records on the server to the correct IP.

just go in Control Panel redirect it to the destination URL like if you have uploaded ur datas in any hosting like http://www.urwebsite.com then go in Control panel of ur Domain redirect it to http://www.example.com instead of example ur hosting address should be there then just save it im sure ur domain will work
