How come public domain sites that gives free pics to download charges a monthly fee?

sites like this one I can not download for free unless I pay them a monthly fee….I don’t understand how this is free then….then where can I find truly free pics?

how do I put my domain name on sale on godaddy.com?

For example if you serch for "dr-photo.com" it says "its available as a Premium domain name" instead of "it is already taken"
Well, first of all, you better renew that domain. Godaddy is probably intending to auction it themselves if you don’t renew…

If I was to buy a "Premium Domain" for $137 would the yearly fee drop to normal price the next year?

Would the yearly renewal fee be the same as all other .tv domains? Or being a premium would it stay higher? Could some one explain how this works please.
