i hear that when you get a windows 7 starter edition that you cant do the following features ( because i am getting a netbook with windows 7 starter)

Yes it is true, many netbook manufacturers were using Windows XP, because the Windows Vista system requirements were too high to put on a netbook. Microsoft designed Windows 7 Starter Edition, because Windows XP was getting outdated. Windows 7 Starter Edition is designed specifically for netbooks because they are slower, and cannot simultaneously run applications.
